Accessibility statement
A website anyone can use: where we stand today, what we are still fixing and how to report a problem to us.
In short
The pontemolo.it website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines. The pages have been checked with automated tools and have no blocking issues. Some functions depend on services from external companies.

1. What this refers to
This statement covers the pontemolo.it website, in Italian and English, managed by Molo Delta S.r.l. (Via Borgo Molo 5, 45018 Porto Tolle, RO).

It does not cover the services of external companies the website relies on: we talk about them below.
2. Compliance status
The website is partially compliant with the accessibility requirements referring to WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines.
"Partially" means the pages were checked with automated tools without finding blocking issues, while some external contents listed below do not depend on us.
3. What we have already done
Clear structure. The language of each page is declared, each page has only one main title and an ordered hierarchy of headings. There is a "Skip to content" link for keyboard users.
Images and contrast. Photographs carrying information have alternative text. Text colours and sizes have been checked, on phone and computer; the website does not prevent zooming in on pages.
Keyboard and navigation. The menu, frequently asked questions and buttons can be used with just the keyboard, and where you are is highlighted.
Motion. If you have activated the reduce motion option on your device, animations stop.
Forms. The fields in our forms have a clear label.
4. What is not right yet
Small links and boxes. On some pages, links inside texts and form boxes have a smaller touch area than recommended.
Table game pages. The pages reached from the QR codes on the tables and at the till (the Timone game, the Wi-Fi form) were brought over from the previous website as they were and have not been checked yet.
5. What does not depend on us
Some functions are provided by other companies. Their accessibility depends on them and not on our code. Specifically:
- the forms to book a table, order takeaway, the newsletter, promotions and the gift card (Pienissimo system);
- the room booking (Octorate);
- the reviews widget (Climbo);
- the article audio player (Spotify);
- the map for driving directions (Google Maps).
6. How we prepared this statement
The statement was written in October 2026, at the launch of the new website, based on checks carried out with automated tools. We checked contrast, headings, alternative texts, scrolling and button sizes, without finding blocking issues.
An audit by an independent body has not yet been conducted.
