The simple and clear rules for using the website, booking a table or a room, ordering takeaway and giving a dinner at Ponte Molo as a gift.
In short
The website is for booking a table, ordering takeaway, booking a room, buying a gift card and downloading promotion coupons.
Since this is freshly prepared food, the 14-day right of withdrawal for other online purchases does not apply to takeaway.
If you have any doubts or there is a problem with a booking or an order, call or write to us: we always find a solution together.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using the pontemolo.it website to book, order or download coupons, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, we ask you not to use our digital services.
These Terms run alongside, without replacing them, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, which you can find at the bottom of every page on the website.
2. Your data
The data you enter (name, phone number, email address) must be true, complete and up to date.
We need them to confirm your booking or your order. We talk about this in detail in the Privacy Policy.
3. Bookings, takeaway and rooms
Tables. Your table is confirmed the moment you receive the notification from the booking form. For groups you can ask us for a quote from the Groups and Events page.
Takeaway. You can order from the website by choosing the pick-up time. Pick-up takes place at the restaurant, at the time you have chosen.
Rooms. Booking a room is done on the Octorate booking system. The conditions of the stay are those indicated at the time of booking.
The prices applied are the current ones.
4. Digital gift cards
Our gift cards are exclusively digital. You buy them online from the Pienissimo page and they arrive by email. They are only valid for the restaurant.
They are used at the table, every opening day, in a single transaction: no change or remaining credit. They are not valid for takeaway and cannot be combined with other promotions.
To give more than one as a gift, repeat the purchase.
5. Prices and allergens
The prices shown on the website match the current ones at the restaurant. In case of accidental discrepancies, the current menu at the restaurant applies.
The allergen information, dish by dish, is on the Allergens and Intolerances page.
If you have allergies or intolerances, even mild ones, we ask you to always tell our staff before ordering.
6. Cancellations and right of withdrawal
For tables, we kindly ask you to let us know as soon as possible in case of cancellation or delay on the scheduled time.
For takeaway, since these are highly perishable food products prepared on request, pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
For rooms, the cancellation conditions indicated at the time of booking apply.
If there is a problem with your order, contact the restaurant immediately: we will solve it together.
7. Promotions and coupons
Promotions downloaded or activated from the website are subject to the conditions written in the rules of each individual initiative.
As a general rule, promotions and coupons cannot be combined at the same table on the same night.
If a specific condition of a promotion conflicts with these Terms, the rule of the individual promotion prevails.
8. Permitted use of the website
We ask you to respect a few simple rules. It is not allowed to:
- use automated systems (bots, scripts) to access the website, book tables or collect data;
- copy, reproduce or redistribute the contents, texts or images of the website without authorization.
9. Intellectual property
The texts, photographs and graphic contents of the website are protected by copyright and industrial property laws.
They cannot be copied or used without the written authorization of Molo Delta S.r.l.
10. Limitation of liability and external services
We do our best to keep the information on the website up to date.
The website relies on third-party services for specific functions: booking, newsletter and gift card forms (Pienissimo), room booking (Octorate), reviews (Climbo), audio (Spotify), the map (Google Maps) and sending contact forms. These services have their own terms of use.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any temporary technical disruptions related to platforms we do not manage directly.
