Quality without compromise
We select local ingredients: fish from the Pila fish market and products from small Po Delta farmers and fishermen.
The story of Ponte Molo is a tale of tradition, perseverance and passion for the Porto Tolle area.

Ponte Molo is the Po Delta restaurant at the entrance to Porto Tolle, on the road to the sea, since 1953. Run by Sebastiano Bruschi and Gabrio Tessarin, it serves traditional dishes in a welcoming environment. We are open 365 days a year, for lunch and dinner, with rooms upstairs for those who want to tour the Delta.

Ponte Molo was born in 1953 as a small osteria at the entrance to Porto Tolle, on the road to the sea. In those early years we served simple dishes to local fishermen and farmers.
Over time, our business has grown together with the area. We expanded the spaces, added the hotel rooms and perfected the food, always staying true to local cooking traditions.
Today, run by Sebastiano Bruschi and Gabrio Tessarin, we continue to serve dishes based on fish from the Pila fish market and Po Delta products.
In over 70 years of business, we have seen the Delta change. We have overcome difficult times, always remaining a constant for the community and for visitors.

Some values are essential to us and guide our every choice:
We select local ingredients: fish from the Pila fish market and products from small Po Delta farmers and fishermen.
We keep Po Delta recipes and techniques alive, like grilling with vine wood, preparing Scoglio 1953 and traditional fish frying methods.
We call you by name, we give you advice and we make you feel at home.
We are part of the Delta and we tell its story through our dishes and the advice we give guests. We work with local fishermen, farmers and guides.
Our mission is to offer our guests the real flavours of the Po Delta through:
We want to be the landmark place in the Po Delta for families and tourists looking for traditional dishes in a welcoming environment. A constant in local dining, with an identity that stays strong beyond passing trends.

Here is what makes Ponte Molo a unique choice in the Delta's dining and hospitality scene:
Unlike many seasonal places, we are always open, for lunch and dinner, even during holidays. A constant landmark for those visiting the Delta.
We offer the convenience of having dinner and staying overnight in the same place, ideal for those who want to enjoy the Delta without worrying about the journey back.
We are at the entrance to Porto Tolle, on the road to the sea. An ideal base to explore the area, the beaches and the fishing lagoons.
