Ponte Molo's Paella is not just a dish: it is the perfect union between the rice from our reclaimed lands and the seafood from our sea, where every grain tells the story of this unique territory.

We will welcome you as we always do with family friends: with a glass of chilled sangria and our freshly fried crispy sardines, before taking you on this journey of summer flavours.
