When Valdobbiadene meets the Delta
In November the Delta has its own flavours: oysters, sea bass, soft-shell crab and mantis shrimp from the Pila fish market. This year we decided to pair them with the right glass.
On Friday 6 November we bring Col Vetoraz, a winery from Valdobbiadene, to our tables, and next to every glass we serve a dish from our Delta.
Davide Ferro, who has been bringing their wines to the restaurants of our area for years, tells you about it in the video.
We start outside, at 8 pm
At 8 pm, the welcome aperitivo outside, with Brut Coste di Levante from a 3-litre bottle.
At 8:30 pm we sit down: four Delta dishes, each with its own Col Vetoraz wine.
There are 50 seats, in a single sitting.

What time does the evening start?
Friday 6 November at 8 pm with the welcome aperitivo outside. At 8:30 pm we sit down at the table.
What is included in the price?
The aperitivo, the four dishes, the five Col Vetoraz wines, coffee and cover charge. A glass of Distillato d'Uva after coffee is extra, 5 €.
How much does it cost?
49 € per person if you book by Monday 19 October, then 55 €. Members of the Amici del Molo loyalty club always pay 49 €.
How many seats are there?
50, in a single sitting. When they are gone the form will tell you: call us on +39 0426 81860 for the waiting list.
